Common questions
Which plan should I choose?
Both plans include exactly the same features, the only difference is billing. The Yearly plan is the best value, saving €20 per year compared to paying monthly. The Monthly plan offers the lowest up-front cost and can be cancelled any time.
What happens if I cancel?
Your memorial switches to a basic view: name, dates and profile picture remain visible. All content including gallery, biography, stories and tributes is safely stored for 6 months. Resubscribe at any time to instantly restore everything.
What's included in every plan?
Every plan includes everything: the memorial page itself (profile photo, biography, favourite quote, a shareable link, and a unique QR code for the headstone), plus the photo gallery, video slideshow, tributes and stories from loved ones, background music and a custom banner.
What happens after 6 months if I don't renew?
After 6 months without an active subscription, gallery images, biography, stories and tributes are permanently deleted. However, the name, dates, profile picture and QR code always remain, and the link on the headstone will never become a dead end.
How does the QR code work?
We generate a unique QR code that links to your memorial page. Print it and attach it to the headstone or any memorial plaque. Anyone with a smartphone can scan it to visit the page.
Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. We never see or store your card details.
