How do I create a memorial?
Click "Create Memorial" in the navigation, fill in your loved one's name and dates, then choose a monthly or yearly plan. Our step-by-step flow guides you through the whole process in minutes.
How long will the memorial stay online?
Forever. The name, dates, profile photo and QR code remain permanently, even if a subscription lapses. The link on the headstone will never become a dead end.
How do the QR codes work?
Each memorial generates a unique QR code you can download and print. Affix it to the headstone, and anyone with a smartphone can scan it to open the memorial instantly, no app required.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your memorial switches to a basic view: name, dates and profile photo stay visible. Gallery, biography, stories and tributes are safely stored for 6 months. Resubscribe at any time to instantly restore everything.
Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. All payments are handled by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. We never see or store your card details.
Can friends and family contribute?
Yes. Family and friends can leave tributes, share stories, and upload photos. All contributions go through a moderation step before they appear, so you're always in control.
